     Class: "Free" Aquatics Sampler provided by Kenton County Public Library

    Looking for something new and fun to lose weight or stay active?

    Keep fit and help your heart with this healthy form of exercise in the water.

    Come and see if Aquatics is for you with this free trial.

    Bring suit and towel to Scott High School.

           Registration is required for each sampler Aquatics class.

          You must register through the Kenton County Library

     Dates: March 3, 5,10 and 12  (You must register for each class)

   Class: FENCING EPEE - BEGINNERS

   Location: Turkey Foot Middle School

   Learn the art of epee fencing! Fencing is a great way to exercise, relieve stress

   and improve your overall balance, hand-eye coordination and confidence.

   Most of all, it’s a lot of fun! And you get to sword fight with your friends in a safe

   and fun environment! Ages: 9 - up

   Description: Yoga is a practical and “easeful” approach to maintaining

   wellness with an emphasis on relaxation and fitness through breathing techniques

   and gentle stretches.

   Description: Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy dance steps for a calorie-burning,

   body-energizing class. An Addition 20 minute toning is available following the class

   at no extra cost.

   Instructor: Serena Kain, Certified Zumba and Group Fitness AFAA.

   Class: Introductory Photography

   Cost: $30

   Dates: March 9 and 16

   Location: Dixie Heights High School

   Description: Whether you use digital or film, this class will teach you how to

   “see” pictures and to “capture the moment” with professional looking results.

   Description: Digital as well as film photography will be covered in depth.

   It is recommended that you take the Introductory Photography class to

   prepare you for this session.

   Create your own Dancing Dan Jig Doll (toy, puppet, rhythm instrument)

   using a pre-cut wood kit. We will be listening to foot-tappin’

   mountain music and putting your creations to the test!
