Improve Your Health
Class: Yoga
Cost: $48 walk-ins pay $53 (checks only, no cash)
Dates: Thursdays
First session: February 21 - Thursday, March 28
Second session: April 18 – May 23
No class April 9 or 11
Time: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Location: New location James A. Caywood Elementary
Description: Yoga is a practical and “easeful” approach to maintaining wellness
with a emphasis on relaxation and fitness through breathing techniques and gentle stretches.

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays
First session: January 8 – February 14
Second session: February 19 - March 28

Location: Turkey Foot Middle School cafeteria
Description: Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy dance steps for a calorie-burning,
body-energizing class.

Develop Your Interests
Class: Introductory Photography
Cost: $30 if preregistered, walk-ins pay $35 (checks only, no cash)
Dates: Mondays March 4 and 11
Time: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Location: Dixie Heights High School
Description: Whether you use digital or film, this class will teach you
how to “see” pictures and to “capture the moment” with professional
looking results. Professional photographer Jim Osborn will bring his
years of expertise to class. Bring your camera!

Class: Advanced Photography
Cost: $30 if preregistered, walk-ins pay $35 (checks only, no cash)

Time: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Location: Dixie Heights High School
Description: Digital as well as film photography will be covered in depth.
Professional photographer Jim Osborn will expand your skills with instruction
on the art of photography. It is recommended that you take the Introductory Photography
class to prepare you for this session.

Description: Get fit and healthy by exercising in the water. Bring suit and towel!

CPR Training
Register for classes by calling Northern Kentucky Emergency Management Services (NKEMS)
859-572-4511. Northern Kentucky EMS is pleased to offer CPR and First Aid classes to the
community. NKEMS is the Regional Training Center for the American Heart Association. NKEMS
is also a training center for the American Safety and Health Institute.

include Mango Language Learning and LearningExpress Library.
Mango is an online language-learning system that teaches practical conversation skills for a wide
variety of languages using online tutorials. LearningExpress Library is a website dedicated to
reaching
your goal. You will find specific skill building courses for elementary, middle and high schools
(plus free ACT and SAT test preps) and practice tests, exercises, skill-building courses, eBooks,
and information you need to achieve the results you want—at school, at work, or in life.
