Congratulations to the following KCSD students for placing at the top of the KHSAA state swimming and diving championships in Lexington:

  • Isaiah Reinhart from Simon Kenton High School placed 3rd in boys' diving
  • Austin Maley from Dixie Heights High School placed 9th in boys' diving
  • Rylee Pernell from Scott placed 9th in girls' diving
  • Zoey Beagle from Scott placed 16th in girls' diving
  • The Dixie Heights High School girls 200 yard medley relay team finished 6th (Freya Reil, Addi Johnson, Haley Waters, Dahlia Kissel, Maryam Al-Jaf, Chloe Bosch, Natalee Brady, Abby Hugenberg)
  • Addi Johnson from Dixie Heights High School placed 7th in girls' 100 yard breaststroke
