Any school volunteer who will be in the school regularly or will be involved in school related student trips or overnight supervision must have an approved criminal record check.  To apply, see your local school office or contact Amy Kennedy at 344-8888. The printed, completed Volunteer Background Check Form can be turned in at the school or at the School Board office.

The approval process could take as long as two to four weeks. Approved applicants will receive notification from Pretrial Services in Frankfort. Volunteers are approved for 3 years maximum.  Call 859-344-8888 with any questions.
