- Manages the overall operations of the Human Resources department
- Updates and revises personnel-related policies and procedures
- Interprets, applies and explains personnel-related District policies, procedures, rules, regulations and laws
- Writes, revises, and manages job descriptions
- Conducts District level personnel investigations

- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
- Provides assistance to Human Resource Coordinators
- Oversees all recruitment efforts for District employment

- Verification of employment requests
- Open Record Requests
- Schedule background checks for student teachers

- Hiring contact for Middle & High Schools
- First point of contact for all employee questions and concerns within Middle & High Schools
- Manage the District’s electronic employment application system and train school personnel on efficient use of the system

- Hiring contact for Elementary Schools and Substitute positions
- First point of contact for all employee questions and concerns within Elementary Schools and Substitute positions
- District contact for Frontline's Absence Management software setup and operation

- HR point of contact for all employees and new hires of Building Operations / Student Nutrition / Transportation/Behavior Support / Health Services / HR / Finance / District Special Education / CO Staff
- District contact for Frontline's Professional Learning Management (Evaluations and PD tracking) software setup and operation
