• Renovation of existing auditorium
• Renovation of existing gymnasium and construction of a new practice gym
• Renovations and upgrades to existing baseball field
• Replace tennis courts
• Major site work to include new parking, site circulation, pedestrian connectivity, signage and lighting
• Demolition of existing swimming pool and construction of a new districtwide Aquatic Center

Woodland Middle School

• Mechanical system upgrades
• Interior flooring replacement
• New gym bleachers, new gym scoreboard and new sound system

Taylor Mill Elementary

• Major site work to include construction of expanded parking and site circulation patterns
• New site lighting and site security cameras
• New pedestrian connectivity

Hinsdale Elementary

Phase 1
Estimated cost: $2,945,000

• New addition which includes a preschool room; two (2) resource rooms; and a new parking lot.
• Major renovations to the existing facility include electrical switchgear and kitchen upgrades.
