Our district serves approximately 14,000 students. We are located in Northern Kentucky, just minutes away from Cincinnati, Ohio.

WHAT MAKES KCSD DIFFERENT?

  • We offer the highest pay scale of all districts in the state for new teachers in 2022-23
  • We are first in the Northern Kentucky region and in the top 5 of the state in pay scale for retiring teachers in 2022-23
  • We offer numerous opportunities for additional pay through stipends (eligible to all certified and classified staff)
  • We offer multiple paid teacher equivalency days for collaboration
  • In addition to state benefits, we offer an Employee Assistance Program that offers a wide range of no-cost support services and resources
  • We offer a teacher induction program (KC-NET) for new teachers to earn FREE credit towards their masters degree
  • We collaborate with the Kenton County Education Association (among less than 10 bargained contracts in the state)
  • We provide three personal days each school year that rollover to sick days if unused
  • Our full-time employees living in another Kentucky school district are eligible to receive free tuition for their children to attend any of our schools

Whether you are a current employee, a prospective employee, or a community member in need of information, our staff is ready to do what it takes to give you the best assistance possible. Our human resources team serves approximately 1,700 current employees, as well as prospective employees eager to join our diverse community.

We are currently seeking qualified applicants who are innovative, enthusiastic and looking for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students and the community.
