Information on COVID-19 testing site at SVA

Homeland Security has selected Summit View Academy for a COVID-19 drive-thru testing site.

The testing begins Wednesday, April 15 from 10 AM-5PM. The COVID-19 testing is by appointment only and for first responders, health care professionals and anyone over the age of 65 with a chronic medical condition.

This will not change SVA’s current system for assignment drop off, pick-up and food distribution.  SVA will continue to provide assignments and breakfast/lunch through the drive thru system on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-2:00 p.m.

The only change that will occur is the entrance on Madison Pike 3035 will be closed and used as an exit only.  Only the outside of SVA’s campus will be utilized for testing; the inside of the building facility will not be used.

The testing and food/assignment distribution will be occurring on opposite ends of the campus.

You may see the National Guard, Kentucky State Police, Kenton County law enforcement and Independence law enforcement and we wanted to communicate with all stakeholders the changes on the campus grounds during this time.

If you have questions regarding COVID-19 testing, please contact the Kentucky State Police.  This is an opportunity to help our community during this unprecedented time.  Thank you.
